Meet our Team – Kavitha Nalluri

We’re delighted to welcome Kavitha to the team! With nearly a decade of experience in software testing and a MSc in Computer Applications, Kavitha has a deep passion for delivering high-quality, reliable software. From planning test strategies to refining business requirements, Kavitha is dedicated to ensuring every Offshore Payroll project meets the highest quality standards before deployment.

Before joining us, Kavitha worked at both Apple and Google, gaining valuable experience in testing complex systems. At Apple, Kavitha focused on integrity tests for POS applications, and at Google, helped fine-tune new features. Along the way, she also introduced a functional test automation framework that improved operational efficiency across 20 initiative programs.

Beyond technical expertise, Kavitha has a natural curiosity for emerging technologies like automation and loves finding new ways to enhance testing processes. Now settled in Jersey with her family, Kavitha is bringing knowledge, collaboration, and fresh ideas to our team and we are all very excited to have her here!

Why cloud-based payroll protects your business resilience

Business preparedness, emergency and continuity are all subjects that most business owners have discussed during their annual strategy days. Fortunately, most have never had to implement these plans – until March 2020.

We all know that COVID-19 pandemic has changed the world of work forever. Homeworking, changes to contracts, government benefits and employee furloughs have all had to be considered and managed.

Perhaps understandably, limitations to our existing HR and payroll have been revealed.  Many organisations had to review how they manage their payroll, for the well-being of their teams and their businesses.

Payroll has been tested like never before 

Old, complicated, IT systems and ineffective, manual processes have been unable to cope with the ‘new normal’. Inaccurate data and a lack of analytics and visibility have hampered businesses’ ability to make fast decisions at the most critical time.

With often whole workforces  based at home, companies have had to urgently manage both the logistical and emotional challenges of keeping teams operational and happy.
